For me, the workouts that I am s...I will join you! For me, the workouts that I am skipping are what I need to destress more than for weight loss. All of my troubles are forgotten while I'm walking or lifting or stepping and they seem much smaller when I'm done. I, too, need to put myself back in the game.<br><br>Keep in mind that not all the holiday foods are evil..... turkey, ham, green veggies. Scrape the marshmallows of the sweet potatoes! Use spray butter instead of gravy on the mashed potatoes! Try to skip the breads & stuffing. Have a satisfying sliver of your favorite pie.
